摘  要:目的:研究马来酸罗格列酮与盐酸苯乙双胍在不同激发光波长下的酸碱度条件共存时的表面增强拉曼光谱,对两者在酸碱条件下的共存情况进行了讨论。方法:用两种不同的激发光波长对马来酸罗格列酮与盐酸笨乙双胍的表面增强拉曼散射共存体系进行考察。结果:在532 nm和785 nm激发下,中性和酸性条件都不能鉴别两者,而偏碱性的pH条件有利于两者的鉴别,其中,以785 nm激发的碱性条件最佳。结论:偏碱性的条件有利于马来酸罗格列酮-盐酸苯乙双胍共存体系表面增强拉曼散射的同时检测。Objective:To study the surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) of rosiglitazone maleute and phenethylbiguanide coexisting in different pH conditions under various optical luminescences,and explore the coexistent situation under the acidic/basic condition.Method:Two excitation wavelengths were adopted for the study on the SERS of the coexistence svsleni of rosiglitazone mleate and phenethylbiguanide.Result:With the excitation wavelength at 532 nm and 785 nm,and under the neutral and acidic conditions, rosiglitazone mleate and phenethylbiguanide couldn’t be identified,while under basic pH conditions,they could be identified at the excitation wavelength of 785 nm.Conclusion;Basic conditions are suitable for rosiglitazone maleate-phenethylbiguanide coexistence system,which can be simultaneously detected by surface enhanced Raman scattering.
