摘　　要：目的:建立天麻素缓释片中天麻素的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,采用Spursil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(3:97)为流动相,检测波长为220 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),测定天麻素的含量。结果:天麻素在浓度8～24μg·ml^(-1)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.41%(n=9)。结论:本方法灵敏度高,快速准确,可用于天麻素缓释片中天麻素的含量测定。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gastrodin in Tianmasu sustained release tablets. Method：A Spursil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）column was used with acetonitrile and 0.05%phosphoric acid（3：97） as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 220 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Result：Within the range of 8-24μg·ml-1, the linear relationship between the concentration（C） and the peak area（A） of gastrodin was good（r =0.999 8）.The average recovery of gastrodin was 100.2%and RSD was 0.41%（n =9）.Conclusion：The method is sensitive,rapid and accurate,which can be used in the content determination of gastrodin in Tianmasu sustained release tablets.
