邯郸市肺结核防治10年综合措施及成效分析

摘　　要：目的分析采取综合措施防治结核病的效果。方法 2001-2010年邯郸市通过制定《规划》、加强领导、增加投入、强化培训、建设队伍、规范管理、宣传发动等一系列综合防控措施开展结核病控制工作。结果现代结核病控制策略(directly observed treatment short course DOTS策略)持续保持在100%;10年登记治疗管理活动性肺结核患者39 832例,治疗成功38 025例,治疗成功率95.5%;经费投入是10年前的7倍,设备增加315%,人员增加363.6%。结论通过采取综合防控措施,效果显著。Objective To analyze the effects of tuberculosis which was controlled and prevented with comprehen- sive measures. Methods Through series of comprehensive measures, such as the development of ＂ plan- ning＂, strengthening leadership, increasing investment, strengthening the training, constructing teams, stand- ardizing management, propaganda and so on, prevention and control work of tuberculosis was done in Handan from 2001 to 2010. Results Modern TB control strategy （ DOTS strategy） sustained at 100% ; There were to- tal 39 832 cases who registered for treatment management with active tuberculosis during l0 years, including 38 025 successful treatment cases, and the success rate of treatment was 95.5% ; Funding was seven times as much as 10 years ago, and equipment increased by 351% , staff increased by 363.6%. Conclusions The effects were significant by taking comprehensive prevention and control measures.
