摘  要:以新能源和可再生能源接入电网为背景,以改善新能源接入后电网的应急管理机制为目的,提出了若干改进和完善电力应急管理机制的建议。首先,论述了电力应急管理机制的定位,并以南方电网的应急管理模式为例,分析了在电网应急处理过程及应急信息交换体系中,由于新能源接入而带来的问题。然后,以风电作为新能源的典型代表,分析了风电并网发电对电网及电力应急管理机制的影响,发现当前电力应急管理机制不足以适应新的形势与环境;最后提出若干建议以完善与改进新能源和可再生能源接入后的电力应急管理机制。Taking the new energy and renewable energy ac- cess to power grid as the background, some suggestions that used to improve and perfect the electric power emergency management mechanism are put forward to improve the e- mergency management mechanism when new energy access- ing to power grid. At the beginning, the orientation of elec- tric power emergency management mechanism is discussed, and the problems brought by the access of new energy and renewable energy in the emergency process and information exchanging system are analyzed by taking the emergency management mechanism of the southern power grid as exam- ple. Secondly, taking wind power into account, the reason that current electric power emergency management mecha- nism cannot adapt to the new situation and environment is found by analyzing the influence of grid-connected wind power on power grid and electric emergency managementmechanism. In the end, some suggestions on the improve- ment of electric emergency management mechanism are giv- en for its application.
