基于GIS与车载称重技术的垃圾车监控系统

摘　　要：垃圾车监控系统是集GIS技术、通信技术、计量技术于一体,结合软硬件编程及数据库技术而实现的对垃圾车营运状况实施现场监管的综合性监控管理系统。根据城市环卫垃圾车营运的实际情况,在车辆GPS在线监控的基础上,加入了车辆称重计量模块,提出了基于车载称重的GIS监控系统设计方案,将监控系统细分为三个部分进行实现,系统的核心在于将车辆的载重数据同GPS数据捆绑集中发回,最终通过Google Map将实际车辆的营运情况进行同步显示。Garbage truck monitoring system is an integrated monitoring and management system,which implementation contains the GIS technology,communication technology,measurement technology,hardware and software programming,and database tech nology.This article according to the actual situation of the city＇s sanitation garbage truck operators,Based on online monitoring of vehicle GPS,joined in the application of weighing technology,and the solution of vehicle monitoring system based of GIS and weighing technology is proposed and designed.This system consisted of three parts,the core of this system is the bundled vehicle＇s load data with the GPS data,and concentrated sent back,and display the actual vehicle operators by Google Map.
