摘  要:川西输气管道在运行过程中,频繁出现腐蚀穿孔现象。根据管道腐蚀专业调查,土壤是造成该地区埋地输气管道腐蚀的主要原因。土壤腐蚀受土壤电阻率、土壤含水量、土壤酸碱性、土壤氧化还原电位、氯离子含量、硫酸根离子含量等诸多因素影响,是一个复杂的模糊交互影响腐蚀体系。因此,采用灰关联法对土壤腐蚀影响因素进行分析,为该地区埋地管道腐蚀防护提供决策依据。结果表明,该腐蚀体系腐蚀因素的作用大小为:含水率>氧化还原电位>pH值>容重>氯离子含量>硫酸根离子含量>土壤电阻率,含水率影响程度最大。In West Sichuan gas pipeline corrosion perforation phenomenon frequently appeared during operation. According to pipeline corrosion professional investigation, soil corrosion was the main reason for the buried gas pipeline corrosion. Soil corrosion system affected by soil resistivity, soil moisture, soil pH, soil redox potential, chloride content, sulfate ion content and many other factors, was a complex interaction fuzzy system. Therefore, gray relational analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors of soil corrosion, which provided basis for decision making of buried pipeline corrosion protection in the region. The results showed that the size of corrosion factors: moisture content〉 redox potential〉 pH value〉 bulk density 〉 chloride ion content 〉sulfate ion content 〉 soil resistivity, and the moisture content was the greatest influence factor.
