摘　　要：目的:探讨不同溶剂提取对青翘、老翘中主要成分连翘酯苷、连翘苷、芦丁含量的影响,为临床制药提供依据。方法:采用水、乙醇为溶剂连续回流提取青翘、老翘中主要成分,HPLC法分析连翘酯苷、连翘苷、芦丁的含量。结果:以乙醇为溶剂提取出的连翘酯苷、连翘苷、芦丁的含量高于水提取的含量;同种溶剂提取,青翘中主要成分含量高于老翘。结论:不同溶剂提取对连翘中主要成分有影响。Objective：To investigate the effects of different extracting solvent on contents of forsythoside、forsythin and rutin in green Fructus Forsytiae and grown Fructus Forsytiae,and provide the basis data for clinical praeparatum.Method：Green Fructus Forsytiae and grown Fructus Forsytiae were respectively extracted by water and ethanol.Then main compositions were detected by HPLC.Result：Contents of forsythoside、forsythin and rutin in water extract were more than those in ethanol extract.Contents of main compositions in green Fructus forsythiae were more than those in grown Fructus forsythiae.Conclusion：Extracting solvent has effect on contents of main compositions in Fructus Forsytiae.
