摘  要:一只220kV金属氧化物避雷器红外测温呈现过热特征。经过解体发现,过热是由于避雷器排气口挡板脱落,小鸟在避雷器防爆盖板上部筑巢,鸟粪、雨水腐蚀金属密封件,从而破坏避雷器本体元件的密封所致。针对此类问题,生产厂家要改进避雷器排气口的设计和制作工艺,同时运行维护部门要加强对避雷器的巡检、红外测温、带电测试和例行停电试验工作,及时发现并消除设备隐患。One 220kV metal oxide surge arres ter presented overheating characteristics during infrared temperature measurement.Results obtained after dismantling show that this is caused by falling of the exhaust port baffle of the arrester,nest left by bird on the explosion-proof cover of the arrester,corrosion of metal sealing components by rainwater and guano,subsequent damage to the seal of the body component of the arrester.In order to solve such problems,the manufacturer should improve the design and manufacturing process of the exhaust port of the arrester.Meanwhile,the operation and maintenance department should strengthen patrol inspection of the arrester,infrared temperature measurement, energized test and routine blackout test and promptly find and eliminate hidden faults of the equipment.
