桂西地区青少年非法药物使用影响因素的Poisson回归分析

摘　　要：目的了解民族地区初中生非法药物使用的影响因素。方法采用多阶段整群抽样的方法选取百色市6所中学初中一年级963名学生(10～16岁)为调查对象,以问卷调查方式了解学生本人及同伴非法药物使用行为、拒绝技能、自我情绪管理。结果 Poisson回归分析显示:年龄、自我情绪管理、同伴非法药物使用行为、拒绝技能(直接拒绝;拒绝并解释;拒绝并建议其他活动;对同伴药物滥用行为予以支持;转移话题;以攻击性行为反驳)影响青少年非法药物使用(β1=-0.217;β2=-0.156;β3=0.986;β4=-1.464;β5=-0.737;β6=-0.748;β7=2.371;β8=-0.570;β9=-0.789)。结论同伴非法药物使用行为、拒绝技能、自我情绪管理能有效预测青少年非法药物使用行为。Objective To explore the influential factors of drug use among middle school students in nationality area. Methods A total of 963 students aged 10 -16 years were multi--stage cluster sampled from six middle schools in Baise city. The data were collected after the participant filled the drug use and their peer behavior questionnaire, drug refusal strategies questionnaire and emotional intelligence scale. Results The results of the Poisson regression analysis showed that age, self--emotion management, peer behavior and refusat strategies （refusal; reason; suggestion; supportive behavior; divert; aggressive refusal） were significant variable that predicted the drug use of middle school students （β = - 0. 217 ; β2 = -0. 156 ; β3 = 0. 986 ; β4 =-1. 464;β5 =-0. 737;β6 =-0. 748;β7 =2. 371;β8 =-0. 570;β9 =-0. 789）. Conclusion There were significant effects of peer behavior, drug refusal strategies and self--emotion management in predicting drug use among middle school students.
