摘 要:在小型污水处理工程中,经常遇到扬程在3m以下的场合,而市场上低扬程的水泵产品规格少,并且效率较低,若选择高扬程水泵,则水泵运行在高效区以外,造成能源浪费,并且不利于水泵的使用寿命.利用空气提升泵提升水,设备简单、占地面积小、投资小.空气提升泵的原理是把气泡作为气动活塞,推动管道内物质不断上升和扩大,形成气水混合体.气水混合物的密度小于周围水的密度,由此产生的浮力作为推动力而使水流上升.研究表明,空气提升泵的提升水流量Q与空气流量q﹑淹没深度h以及提升高度H有关,与空气流量及淹没深度成正比,与提升高度成反比.Using air-lift pump to lift water proves to be good,equipment simple,covering area small and investing less,particularly in sewage treatment engineering,for the head under 3 m situation,while the market of low lift water pump product is little and its efficiency is low.If a higher head pump is used,it will not only waste energy but also shorten the life of the pump as the pump will work outside of high efficient area.The principle of the air lift pump is using the bubble as a pneumatic piston,rising material to promote the pipeline and expand to form a gas-water mixture.The density of the gas-water mixture as a driving force is less than the density of the surrounding water,the buoyancy generated thereby leaving the water to rise.Research shows that air-lift pump water flow has a connection with air flow,submerged depth and hoisting height.What's more,it is proportional to the air flow and the growth of submerged depth;and out-water flow is inversely proportional to the hoisting height.
