摘　　要：为提高某大型机电设备使用维护人员的操作技能,提出了模拟训练系统总体设计方案,介绍了各分系统功能实现和硬件组成,分析了信号采集与处理的实现方式;软件设计中,通过对系统工作程序流程的设计,借助数据库技术,实现了对操作过程中状态信号的实时监测、操作错误报警和工步互锁,并使软件结构清晰,便于维护、移植和扩展。In order to improve the operational skills of maintenance personnel of a certain type of large-scale mechanical and electrical equipment, We have proposed the overall design of the simulation training system. Introduced the functions and hardware components of the various subsystems, analyzed the implementations of signal acquisition and processing; in the software design process, through the design of system work program flow, we complete real-time monitoring, operation error alarm, step interlock of the status signal during operation with the database technology, make the software structure clear, easy to maintain, transplantation and extended.
