摘 要:针对电力参数复杂,多变,难以及时掌握实时信息的特点,给出了一种基于电能计量芯片ADE7878的电力参数远程监测系统,采用STM32F103RC作为主控CPU,实时读取ADE7878采集的电力参数信息,并由无线传输模块DTU将数据信息发送至后台服务器。通过对电梯电流监测的实验数据,可以清楚地看到系统对于突变信号的捕捉能力,在此基础上经过电能计量芯片内部的高速数字信号处理器DSP进行处理、计算,得到需要的各项电力参数,实时地传输到服务器及手机上。本系统不仅能够有效地监测单相、三相四线电路的电流、电压、有功、无功电能等参数,还能通过GPRS将信号远程传输,大大减轻工作量,有利于及时排除故障,有广泛的应用前景,并可为相关产品开发测试提供参。In view of the complex and changeable of electric power parameter, and difficult to grasp of real-time information, this paper gave a remote monitoring system of electric power parameter based on electric energy measurement chip, ADE7878. It used STM32F103RC as main CPU, read data from ADE7878, and transmitted them to server through wireless transmission module DTU. The system have good capture ability for mutation signals through experimental data of elevator current, and it got all the electric parameters by the internal high speed digital signal processor DSP and transmitted them to the server and mobile phone. This system can monitor current, voltage, active power and reactive power of single-phase, three-phase four-line system effectively and transmit them through GPRS, reduce the workload greatly, and have extensive application prospects, and provide reference on related product development and test.
