摘 要:研究装备精确保障中备件数量的决策问题。依据阿林斯可靠性分配原理,考虑了组成装备的各个部件的重要性,将装备可靠性分配给各个部件。结合备品备件与可靠性的关系,首次提出了基于可靠性分配的备件数量决策方法,给出了具体步骤和应用实例。结果表明该方法符合人们的思维习惯和工程实际,具有很强的操作性。The number decision for spare component in equipment efficient support is studied in this paper. According to reliability distribution theory,allocate the reliability of equipment to every component,the importance of each component has been take into account. Connecting the relationship number of spare component and reliability, we raise the number decision method for spare component based on reliability distribution. An example is given at last,it shows that this method meet our think habit and correspond to reality. Additionally, this method is handled easily.
