摘 要:通过直接空冷机组冷端变工况特性计算,研究了低压缸排汽损失特性变化对机组经济性的影响,分析比较了排汽面积变化及散热器管型变化对机组背压及热耗率的影响,提出以等背压设计特性的等效温度代替实际运行温度,等效温度利用小时数加权平均值确定设计气温及背压的方法,并以满负荷排汽损失最小进行排汽面积设计,可使机组年排汽总损失达到最小的水平,对改进机组的冷端选型设计具有较强的指导作用。Based on the performance calculation of direct air cooling unit under cold end off-design conditions, the effect of exhaust loss property of low pressure cylinder on the unit' s economical performance was studied. The impacts of the exhaust area changing and radiator pipe type on the unit back pressure and heat rate were compared and analyzed. Equivalent temperature, which decides the design temperature and back pressure based on weighted mean of hours, is proposed to replace actual operating temperature; and the design of exhaust area is ordered to meet the minimum of exhaust loss at full capacity, which can decrease the total exhaust loss to the minimum level in whole year. The new method is of great value for the design of cold end selection.
