摘 要:探讨不同浓度铅胁迫下狮子草可溶性蛋白含量的变化情况,旨在为进一步研究重金属对药用植物的毒害提供科学依据。采用盆栽试验,在模拟铅污染环境中种植狮子草;利用考马斯亮蓝G-250染色-UV法测定狮子草叶片、茎部和根部可溶性蛋白含量。试验结果表明:狮子草可溶性蛋白含量大小为:叶片>根部>茎部。随着铅加入量的增大和胁迫时间的增加,狮子草各部位的可溶性蛋白含量逐渐降低,其中根部可溶性蛋白含量的降幅最大,这说明根部受铅毒害的影响最为严重。各部位可溶性蛋白含量与铅含量呈现显著的负相关,说明超过一定的耐受范围的铅胁迫会阻碍狮子草可溶性蛋白的合成,从而严重影响植株正常的生长发育。The variation of soluble protein content in Peristrope japonica (Thunb) Brem under the stress of different lead concentrations was investigated to provide a scientific basis for further study of the damage effect caused by heavy metals on medicinal plants. P. japonica was planted in a simulation environment of lead pollution using pot experiments. The soluble protein in leaf, stem, root of P. japonica was measured using coomassied Brilliant G -250. The results showed that the distribution of soluble protein in P. japonica was in the order of leaf 〉 root 〉 stem. With the increase in lead content added to the soil and the stress time, the soluble protein content in P. japonica decreased. The soluble protein content in root reduced significantly under lead stress, indicating that the root was obviously damaged by lead. The accumulation of lead in P. japonica and soluble protein content had significantly negative correlation. It was demonstrated that the synthesis system of soluble pro- tein was hindered when the lead content in P. japonica was over the tolerance level, and the growth of P. japonica was seriously affected.
