摘　　要：党的十八大报告指出:"文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园"。新建本科院校要充分认识到校园文化在学校发展和人才培养中发挥的重要功能,要将文化建设作为学校发展的总体规划长期坚持并固化下来,要在坚持传承原有优秀校园文化的基础上创新,创建富有地域特色和自身特色的校园文化,提高校园文化的内涵和水平,大力优化育人环境。The Eighteenth CPC report notes that ＂Culture is the lifeblood of the nation, and the spiritual home of the people＂. The newly established universities should fully understand the important function of campus culture in school development and personnel training, and cultur- al construction as the overall plan of school development should be maintained and consolidated on a long-term basis. On the basis of the adherence to the original outstanding campus culture, the newly-established universities should practice innovation to create a campus culture full of regional features and their own characteristics to improve campus culture connotation and level and optimize the educational environment.
