摘　　要：本文简要阐述在高校文化建设中重文更要重化,旨在加强高校文化建设,提升高校的文化品位,全面提高学生素质,从而提高高校软实力。This paper briefly expounds the cultural construction, aimed at strengthening the construction of college culture ,＇enhancing the culture grade of colleges and improving students＇quality so as to improve the soft power of colleges.
