摘　　要：农村文化建设是"推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣"的具体要求,也是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分。然而在新农村建设中,农村文化的存在基础和发展空间不断弱化,以致钢筋混凝土正逐步淹没生态文化和传统文化。本文通过调查研究河北省新农村建设中文化传承与保护的现状,分析问题存在的原因,为我省新农村建设中文化传承与保护提出可行性建议。The rural culture construction is an essential requirement of promoting the development and prosperity socialism cultures and an important part of new socialist countryside construction.However,the existence foundation and the development space of the rural culture are being weakened continually during the process of new rural construction. As a result,ecological culture and traditional culture have been destroyed gradually by reinforced concrete. Based on the research of current situation of the inheritance and protection of traditional culture in Hebei Province,this paper analyzes the problems and puts forward proposals for the inheritance and protection o~ traditional culture in the new rural construction in Hebei Province.
