甘蓝型油菜核不育系Y4-2AB的选育及利用

摘　　要：Y4-2AB具有油菜隐性核不育两型系特征,综合性状优良,配组优势明显,达到甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育两型系选育指标要求。其品质符合双低要求,平均含油率45.2%,该不育系不育彻底,育性不受环境温度变化影响,利用该不育系配制的杂交组合盐油杂3号已于2011年11月通过国家审定(审定编号:国审油2011020),于2012年11月通过江苏省品种审定(审定编号:苏审油201203)。对Y4-2AB的特征特性和繁殖制种的技术要点进行了介绍。Y4-2AB is a two-type line of Rapeseed （B. napus） with the characteristics of reces- sive genic male sterility. It has good comprehensive characters and obvious group advantages and reaches the breeding indexes of rapeseed （B. napus） recessive genic male sterile two-type line. Its quality conforms to the requirements of low erucic acid and low glucosinolate. Its av- erage oil content is 45.2%. The male sterility of Y4-2AB is complete and stable, and it is not affected by environmental temperature. The hybrid rapeseed cultivar Yanyouza No. 3, devel- oped by using this male sterile line, was released by the National Crop Variety Approval Com- mittee in November of 2011 （the approval number： the national examination rapeseed 2011020）, and released by the Crop Variety Approval Committee of Jiangsu Province in November of 2012 （the approval number： The Jiangsu examination rapeseed 201203）. The characteristics and techniques of hybrid seed reproduction of Y4-2AB are introduced.
