摘　　要：现阶段浙江省城乡劳动力就业的主要影响因素有制度因素、能力因素、心理因素、市场因素。应在城乡劳动力就业再就业、劳动服务、法律保护、政策扶持等方面加以改进。This article summarizes the status quo and the characteristics of urban and rural labor employment in Zhejiang, according to the investigation and analysis in four re： gions which＇s integration of urban and rural areas develop＇ ment level are higher in Zhejiang Province. Then the article analyzes the maininfluence factors, and puts forward coun- termeasures and suggestions about employment and reem- ployment, labor service, legal protection, policy support and so on. Hoping for the solutions about the labor employment problems provides references for Zhejiang province, under the background of the integration of urban and rural areas.
