摘　　要：工业遗产建筑的保护与旅游开发的相关研究在欧美国家日趋成熟,在我国也逐渐开展。随着由工业社会向后工业社会的转变,工业建筑遗产的保护与改造已经势在必行,其中住宅类工业遗产的保护正受到越来越多学者的关注。应制定合理管理制度,政府管理与市场管理相结合;突出工业特色,推出相关工业旅游规划;妥善安置当地居民,丰富社区参与方式;加强宣传普及。提升工人村的旅游意向认知度:注重工人村的保护,协调开发与保护的关系。To protect and update the architecture of industrial heritage is more and more mature in western developed countries, even in our country is carrying out gradually. The industrial residential is also a kind of industrial heritage. It has become a hot topic of tourism research. This study is based on the interviews with residents, and it aim to summarize the feature and current situation. And this study also analyzes the problems of industrial heritage protection from the angle of community awareness and proposes some suggestion for further development of the industrial residential.
