摘 要:采用有限元计算方法,对一出现多个基础不均匀沉降的在役液化石油气球罐进行了应力计算,并对球罐的应力进行了分析和评定,根据计算结果得到了多基础不均匀沉降球罐的应力分布规律,分析了基础不均匀沉降对球罐应力的影响。结果表明,基础的不均匀沉降对球壳应力影响较小,但对支柱的应力影响较大;由于多个基础的不均匀沉降,各支柱上产生了大小不同的附加应力,各支柱应力分布很不均匀,部分支柱应力超标;附加应力的大小与支柱基础的沉降差有关;加载时,各支柱上的载荷和应力重新分配,外载产生的应力和自重产生的附加应力叠加,叠加后,原来承受拉应力的支柱上应力减小,原来承受压应力的支柱上应力增大。The stress of a LPG spherical tank on multiple differential settled ground was calculated and analyzed by finite element method.The results show that the differential settlement produced a less affect on the shell,but a greater impact on the pillars.The supporting loads or stress on each pillars are unequitable while a spherical tank is on multiple differential settled ground.The pillars with less differential settlement bear more loads while others bear less.Pre-stress have been produced on the pillars by the weight of the tank before filling the LPG,compressive stress were produced by the weight of LPG when the tank was filled and the combined stress were redistributed.The results show that some of the pillars have the possibilities of instability.
