摘 要:储气井是一种受交变压力载荷的高压储气设施,其分段的套管通过螺纹和接箍连接,这种螺纹连接的上扣扭矩影响螺纹结构的应力,进而影响储气井的疲劳寿命。建立了储气井套管和接箍螺纹连接的有限元模型,讨论了储气井上扣扭矩的计算方法及其对储气井疲劳性能的影响,并得出以下结论:上扣扭矩对于储气井内部应力分布具有较大影响,计算中不能被简单忽略;预紧力作用下,储气井套管内整体应力水平高于外部接箍,但最大应力却发生在接箍上;对于套管和接箍结构,最易发生疲劳破坏点是套管第一个整螺纹齿齿根或套管与接箍贴合处的螺纹齿齿根部;上扣扭矩没有改变套管和接箍处应力集中点的应力幅值,对储气井的疲劳特性影响较小。Gas storage well is a kind of high pressure gas storage facilities subjected to alternating pressure load. The sectional casing is connected by thread and collar, and the stress of thread structure is influ- enced by the make - up torque under this kind of connecting, then involving in the fatigue life of gas stor- age well. A finite element model of thread connection of casing and collar of gas storage was established, then the calculation method and the influence of fatigue performance of the make - up torque in the gas storage well were analyzed. Results shows that the make - up torque cannot be simply ignored due to its great impact on internal stress distribution of gas storage well. Under the action of the pre - tightening force, the overall stress level inside the gas storage well tube is higher than the external coupling;Howev- er, the maximum stress occurs in the coupling. For the structure of thread and collar, the first tooth root of whole tooth of casing and the tooth root of thread tooth of attaching location of casing and collar is liable to fatigue failure. The make - up torque who has a less influence of fatigue property of gas storage doesn't change the stress amplitude at the point of stress concentration of casing and collar.
