摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图对飞行人员中无症状性先天性心脏病的检出和临床干预的意义。方法回顾性分析820名飞行人员超声心动图检查结果,了解无症状性先心病的类型及发病率,部分人员进行超声指导下的介入治疗并评价疗效。结果超声心动图检查发现飞行人员中无症状性先心病18例,包括无分流型先天性心脏病9例,分流型先天性心脏病9例。其中1例行手术治疗,5例行超声引导下介入封堵治疗。结论现役的飞行人员中存在无症状性先心病;部分病例采用介入治疗能取得良好治疗效果;超声心动图检查在飞行人员成飞的不同时期有着重要意义。Objective We aimed to evaluate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis and the clinical intervention of pilots＇ asymptomatic congenital heart disease（CHD）.Methods The echocardiography findings of 765 pilots were retrospectively reviewed.The type and proportion of asymptomatic CHD were calculated and summarized.A part of cases were taken by interventional therapy instructed under echocardiography.Results There were 16 asymptomatic CHD cases discovered by echocardiography including 9 non-shunt type cases and 7 shunt type cases.One case was treated by surgical therapy,and three cases were healed by interventional therapy instructed under echocardiography.Conclusion The asymptomatic CHD cases existed in active pilot cadets.The interventional therapy had effective treatment for the asymptomatic CHD cases.The echocardiography had great significance in the different periods of becoming pilots.
