高等教育投资的成本收益分析——基于个人人力资本投资的视角

摘　　要：面对近几年兴起的"新读书无用论"观点、重庆万人放弃高考的事件,以及就业难与"民工荒"并存的现象,不得不让人重新审视高等教育的人力资本投资对个人而言是否仍有价值。笔者从经济学的角度出发,立足于个人人力资本投资的视角,运用博弈论、投资决策的现值法等基本原理,理论联系实证分析了高等教育的成本收益,为当今高等教育是否值得个人人力资本投资提供借鉴。The growing popular concept of ＂ Education has no use＂, the incident of hundreds of thousands students quit- ting entrance examination to college in Chong Qing and employment difficulty and migrant workers shortage forced people to re--examine the value of individuals＂ human capital investment in college education. This paper, from the perspective of economics and from the angle of individuals＂ human capital investment, making use of theories of Game Theory and the present value approach of Investment Decision, analyzed the cost and benefit of college education to provide reference for future researchers.
