摘　　要：元代江西人何中,身兼隐士、学者、文人于一身,在当时有较大的影响。他对故宋有很深的情感,对元朝又持接受的态度,所以他的人生显得恬淡超然。他文学上主张文以明道、主张诗歌要发乎性情之真。他的散文多根柢理道,有儒者的关怀,而诗歌冲淡幽雅,多有文士风致。他是一个值得关注和研究的作家。He Zhong came from Jiangxi in the Yuan He played a great role at that time. Although he had Dynasty, who had three tides, hermit, scholar and literati. deep emotion to the Song Dynasty, he held an acceptance at- titude towards the Yuan Dynasty, so his life, compared with the others＇ , was more detached. His literary view was that articles should tell the truth and poetry should come from the heart. His existing articles probe into rea- sons and truths, with the solicitude of a confucian, and the poems are full of the grace, with demeanor of literati. He is a writer worthy of attention and research.
