摘　　要：农户农地投入行为关系到农地的利用程度及效率,政府农业公共投入对农户农地投入行为将产生重要影响。文章通过引入政府农业公共投入及农户私人投入两个新的变量,对典型的农户效用模型进行了改进,并利用1985-2010年政府农业公共投入与农户生产投入时间序列数据进行协整及误差检验分析,得到如下结论:政府农业公共投入与农户农地投入存在长期均衡关系,并且政府农业公共投入增加将带动农户农地投入增加;在城市化导致农业生产边际效益与非农生产边际效益巨大差距、农户农地利用效率降低的现实情况下,政府必须加大对农业生产的公共品投入以带动农户对农地的投入,以提高农地的产出效益,保证国家粮食安全。Rural households＇ investment into farmland affects the utilization and efficiency of farmland, while the governments＇ public agricultural investment has a significant impact on rural households＇ investment in farmland. This paper modifies the classic household utility model by introducing two new variables which are government public agricultural investment and rural households＇ investment, and makes a Co-integrating and ECM analysis of the data of the two investments＇ time series from 1985 to 2010. The results are that there is a long-run equilibri- um relationship between the two investments; government public agricultural investment drives the rural house- holds＇ investment; urbanization has caused a huge gap between marginal benefit of agricultural production and non-agricultural and a lower efficiency of farmland use, and in this case, the governments should increase public agricultural investment to drive rural households＇ farmland investment so as to promote the output efficiency of farmland and ensure national food security.
