摘　　要：近年来农民的经济地位和生活水平有了大幅度提高,但从现状看,政治参与的热情不仅未提高反而下降,好的民主制度在基层却遭遇到"没有用"的尴尬。就农民的政治参与而言,无论是参与制度、参与能力,还是参与质量都有待提高。B县的乡野调查显示,能否获得公平待遇是影响人们对政治选举的一个重要因素。The farmers＇ economic status and living standards have greatly improved in recent years, but from the present situation, their political participation enthusiasm is not raised but declined, and the democracy in grass- roots level has experienced ＂no use＂. On the political participation of farmers, whether it is participation system, participation ability, or participation quality, all of these need to be improved. The countryside survey in B Coun- ty shows that fair treatment is one of the important factors affecting the farmers on electoral politics.
