面向软件开发与服务的应用型人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：根据软件工程专业的特点,吸收国内外大学优秀课程体系的经验并依托学校在工程领域方面的优势,近年来,软件学院从教学体系、培养模式、国际合作等方面进行了一些大胆有意义的改革尝试,并成功探索出工程应用型(3+1)校企结合人才培养模式与高级工程应用型(2.5+1.5)软件项目经理定制培养模式。它既可以进一步拉近学校教育与企业需求间的距离,又能有效提高务实创新的高素质软件开发与服务人才及其具有创新精神和实践能力的软件专门人才的培养。Over the years, based on the characteristics of software e system from domestic and foreign universities and our advantages in been carrying out some meaningful attempts at reform from teaching ngineering, the experience of excellent courses the engineering field, the software college has system, training model, international coopera- tion etc. , and has formed the school-enterprise talents training pattern of engineering-applied （3 ＋ 1 ） type and the training model of software project managers positioning of advanced engineering-applied （2.5 ＋ 1.5 ） type to further narrow the gap between school education and business demands. Thus, training the high-quality talents of innovative spirit and practical ability in software development and services is guaranteed and promoted.
