辽宁沿海地区交通运输体系中的交通安全管理系统建设

摘　　要：近来今年，我省沿海地区交通安全形势严峻，道路交通事故死亡人数增多，为了减少沿海地区交通事故的发生，保证人、车、路和环境交通四要素的有序协调，文章论述建立辽宁省沿海地区交通安全管理系统的目标和原则．并提出建设交通安全管理系统的总体设计方案，最后对系统各功能模块进行分析。Recently, the traffic safety situation is grim in our province coastal area, road traffic accident deaths increased, in order to reduce the number of traffic accidents in coastal areas, and ensure the orderly coordination of human, vehicle, road and traffic environment of the four elements, principles and objectives of the establishment of safety management system in the coastal area of Liaoning Province, in this paper ,the overall design scheme and put forward the construction of traffic safety management system, finally, the functional modules of system are analyzed.
