粮食主产区农户对用水协会运行效率的满意度评价及其影响因素分析——基于602户农户的调研

摘　　要：运用累积比数Probit模型,对农户对农民用水协会工作效率满意度的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,文化程度、协会成立时间、是否参与主席选举、是否参加例会、是否参加用水培训与农户对农民用水协会工作效率的满意度呈正相关关系,耕地总面积与农户对农民用协会工作效率的满意度呈负相关关系。根据以上研究结论,提出相应的政策建议:(1)发挥协会培训作用,提高农户素质水平;(2)完善协会管理制度,规范协会动作程序。The cumulative odds Probit model was used for the empirical analysis of factors influencing farmers’satisfaction about Water Users Association.The results show that education,the history of the water association,whether to participate in the election of the president,whether to participate in the meeting,whether to participate in the hydroponic training and efficiency of the association all bear a significant positive correlation to satisfaction.Meanwhile,the total area of cultivated land and the efficiency of farmer-to-farmer association were negatively related.Based on the above findings,some corresponding policies and suggestions were proposed：（1）Playing the association’s training effect and inyoroveing farmer’s quality level;（2）Inporoving the association management system and normalizing the association’s operationg procedure.
