农民工返乡创业政策扶持体系构建研究

摘　　要：近年来,大量农民工返乡,返乡农民工自主创业也就成为新农村建设的新景象。首先分析农民工返乡创业的意义及存在的问题。在此基础上,从加大财政支持、完善金融体系、保障土地供给、协调组织建设、强化产业指导、优化公共服务、注重创业培训等方面构建支持农民工返乡创业的政策扶持体系。A large number of migrant workers have returned home in recent years,whose entrepreneurship has become a new task in constructing new countryside.The significance of migrant workers starting business in their hometown and the existing problems are analyzed first in this article.It then establishes a policy-supporting system for the sake of migrant workers’entrepreneurship examining such aspects as enhancing financial support,perfecting financial system,ensuring land supply,coordinating organization development,strengthening industry guidance,and improving public service and entrepreneurship training.
