摘　　要：返乡创业是新生代农民工回报家乡与实现自我的重要途径,具有良好的发展前景。新生代农民工返乡创业是当地经济发展的重要组成部分。创业能力的滞后已经成为制约新生代农民工返乡创业的重要因素。在明确自身能力的情况下,尊重返乡创业的客观规律,设计合理有效的战略规划以适应新生代农民工返乡创业的需要,对于提高新生代农民工返乡创业的成功率,实现新生代农民工返乡创业的可持续发展以及促进当地国民经济的持续快速健康发展具有深远意义。The new generation migrant workers who are returning home to start business have good prospect,and they are going to make significant contribution to the development of local economy while realizing their own values.However,a shortage of entrepreneurial ability has become an important factor restricting their prospective success in the hometown.Therefore,it is important to help them understand their own strengths and weaknesses,and it is even more important to respect the objective laws governing their behaviors in starting and running their businesses,and develop a reasonable and effective strategic plan to meet the their needs.These are valuable steps to enhance the success rate and the sustainable development of the new generation migrant workers who are returning home to start business and promote steady and sound development of local national economy.
