摘　　要：区域协调机制对于促进区域协调发展起着至关重要的作用。区域协调发展问题是国内外普遍关注的重大问题,已积累了大量成功经验,对新疆区域协调发展机制的构建具有重要的启发意义。基于国内外的经验启示以及新疆多元性、特殊性和战略性的地域特点,提出构建新疆区域协调发展机制的有效途径:发挥政府主导作用,建立协调机构,加快立法工作,发挥民间力量作用以及构建符合区情的长效新疆区域协调机制。The regional coordination mechanism plays an important role in promoting the coordinated regional development.The coordinated regional development is a major issue of common concern at home and abroad,which has accumulated a wealth of experience,which has the important enlightenment significance to construct the mechanism of coordinated development of Xinjiang.The paper proposes effective way to construct Xinjiang’s regional coordinated development,as plays a leading role of the government,establishes an effective coordination mechanism,accelerates legislative work,plays a leading role of the folk strength,constructs long-term regional coordination mechanism,basing on the experience and enlightenment of domestic and foreign as well as Xinjiang diversity,particularity and strategic geographical features.
