论新农村建设的农民主体地位

摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村是从实际出发和尊重农民意愿的一项重大的历史任务。尊重农民意愿,发挥农民的自主性,是成功推进新农村建设的重要前提。新农村建设说到底是农民的事,尊重农民主体是新农村发展的基本规律,在解决农民实际问题的基础上,提高农民的觉悟和素质,发挥农民的积极性和创造性,是新农村建设的基本途径。The construction of socialist new countryside is a historical task proceeding from reality and the wishes of farmers.The success of this cause is based on the prerequisite that farmers’ wishes are respected and that their full autonomy is played.New country construction,in essence,is a cause benefiting the farmers.Therefore,respecting the farmers’ position as the subject is the basic law to abide by in the process.Meanwhile,promoting farmers’ awareness and quality,and giving full play to their enthusiasm and creativity should be considered inherent requirements.
