摘 要:基于热重分析方法研究煤粉的燃烧特性对燃烧速度的影响。通过对煤粉燃烧速度过程的预测有利于煤粉在电厂混煤掺烧过程中的充分利用。根据煤粉燃烧实验求出活化能和频率因子,求出两升温速率下的TG(T)、DTG(T)曲线。导出实验数据。在阿累尼乌斯定律基础上,求解燃烧速率的数学模型。用燃烧模型预测了同一种煤样在第三个升温速率下燃烧速率随燃尽度的变化趋势。The effects of combustion characteristics of pulverized coal on combustion velocity was studied of by gravitational thermal analysis method~ By forecasting the coal combustion rate of processes Is helpful to making full use of pulverized coal blending in power plants burn process o Ac- tivation energy and frequency factor were obtained by using Pulverized coal combustion experiment o Find out two kinds of heating rate of TG(T) ,DTG(T) curves. Deduced from the experimental data. The optimization model was established by the Arrhenius law. The same kind of coal sample at the third heating rates with the change trend of burning rate of burning ember of the forecast with the combustion model.
