下鼻甲注射泼尼松龙对常年性变应性鼻炎血清IL-4、IL-5、IgE的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨下鼻甲注射泼尼松龙对常年性变应性鼻炎（PAR）治疗机制。方法采用ELISA法测定及化学发光法检测下鼻甲注射泼尼松龙组（治疗组）、氯雷他定组（对照组）及查体健康组（健康组）的IL-4、IL．5、IgE的变化情况。结果两组治疗前血清IL-4、IL-5、IgE水平明显升高，与健康组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），治疗后治疗组血清IL4浓度为（62．76±18．21）ng／L、IL-5浓度为（24．32±9．47）ng／L、IgE浓度为（112．4±57．8）mg／L，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组治疗后血浆IL-4浓度为（140．18±25．78）ng／L，IL-5浓度为（60．17±17．28）ng／L，IgE浓度为（186．2±55．3）mg／L，与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论PAR患者的血清IL-4、IL-5、IgE水平明显高于健康组。下鼻甲注射泼尼松龙通过降低PAR患者的IL-4、IL-5、IgE水平而有效地治疗PAR。Objective To explore the treatment mechanism of inferior turbinate injection of prednisolone on perennial allergic rhinitis （PAR）. Methods ELISA and chemiluminescence were used to detect the changes of IL-4, IL-5, IgE in inferior turbinate injection of prednisolone group （treatment group） , loratadine group（ control group） and healthy group（ normal group ）. Results Compared with the normal group, serum IL-4, IL-5, IgE of 2 groups before treatment were significantly increased （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the serum IL-4 level of the treatment group was （ 62.76 ± 18.21 ） ng/L, IL-5 level was （ 24.32±9.47 ） ng/L, IgE level was （ 112.4±57. g ） mg/L, compared with be- fore treatment ,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, IL-4 level of the control group was （ 140.18 ±25.78 ） ng/L, IL-5 level was （60.17 ±17.28 ） ng/L, IgE level was （ 186.2± 55.3 ） mg/L, compared with before treatment, the differences were not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conelusions The serum IL-4, IL- 5, IgE levels of PAR patients were higher than normal group. Inferior turbinate injection of prednisolone could decrease the IL-4, IL-5, IgE levels and effectively treat PAR.
