摘　　要：目的探讨第三代Gamma钉治疗股骨转子问骨折的效果。方法对32例股骨转子间骨折患者采用第三代Gamma钉内固定治疗。结果32例均获随访，术后8个月，按Harris髋关节功能评分：优18例（56．3％），良10例（31．3％），一般3例（9．3％），差1例（3．1％）。总优良率87．6％。结论第三代Gamma钉是治疗股骨转子间骨折一种良好的内固定方法。Objective To explore the effect of the 3rd generation Gamma nail in the treatment of intertro- ehanterie fractures. Methods 32 eases with intertroehanteric fractures were treated with the third generation Gamma nail internal fixation. Results After follow-up,the excellent and good rate was 87.6%. Conclusion The third generation Gamma nail treatment is a good internal fixation for intertroehanterie fracture of femur.
