摘　　要：本系统不但涵盖城乡规划信息化中的规划编制、项目审批、批后管理、监督监控等核心内容,还结合了短信系统、会议系统、公文系统、辅助决策系统等多个办公自动化系统,有效的提高了城乡规划管理的科学化水平,为实现"阳光规划"及建设现代化文明城市起到了积极的促进作用。Planning administration information system not only covers urban and rural planning information technology,project approval,post-approval management,supervision and monitoring and other core content,but also incorporates a messaging system,conferencing systems,document system,decision support systems and other office automation systems.As a result,the scientific level of the urban and rural planning and management is effectively improved to achieve the Sunshine planning and promote the civilized city.
