摘　　要：国家档案局发布的《归档文件整理规则》对适用的归档文件载体、种类做了限定,这个标准的主要用意在于对文书档案立卷工作进行改革。《归档文件整理规则》的实施将促进文档一体化的实现,利于档案管理的现代化。《Rules of Archives Arrangement》published by national archives bureau has limit about the archiving carrier and category.The purpose of the file is reforming file-up work.And the application of 《Rules of Archives Arrangement》is beneficial to realize document integration and the modernization of file management.
