基于模块化设计的军队疗养院综合业务管理平台研制

摘　　要：系统采用模块化设计的基本理念,结合军队疗养院的实际需求,综合运用面向对象编程、数据库应用以及VFW等技术,实现了疗养院床位、车辆、餐饮等资源的科学管理以及账务往来、信息通讯、业绩查询等工作的高效运行。从系统的模块组成与技术实现、应用情况及效益分析、存在的问题及需要改进的措施等方面进行分析介绍。该系统的应用不仅缩短了疗养员的待服务时间,而且在减少人力、节省经费以及对外创收等方面效益显著。With using modular design idea and actual demand of military sanatorium, system adopts object-oriented programming, database application and VFW technology which realize the scientific management of beds, vehicles, catering resources and efficient operation of accounting exchanges, information communication, individual performances inquire. This article introduces design modules, technical, application, benefits and problems that need further improvement. The system is not only shortening staff service time, but also reduce the labor power and cost, it benefits a lot in many aspects.
