临床观察8例左室特发性室速的血流动力学分析

摘　　要：目的观察左室特发性室速的血流动力学改变。方法对我院心电图室诊断8例左室特发性室速患者进行分析，观察其临床表现、血压、发作前后心电图、心脏彩超变化。结果左室特发性室速多发生于无器质性心脏病患者，以青、中年多见，多为持续发作，血流动力学多稳定。结论左室特发性室速通常不引起血流动力学改变或心脏性猝死。Objectives： To observe hemodynamics changes of idiopathic ventricular tachycardia. Methods： 8 cases in our hospital the electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of patients with idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia were analyzed, and to observe the clinical manifestation. blood pressure, electrocardiogram, echocardiography, before and after the change. Results： Idiopathic left ventricular tachyeardia develops in patients with non--organic heart disease, with youth or middle age, have Continuous seizure types, hemodynamic stability. Conclusion： Idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia usually do not cause hemodynarnic change or sudden cardiac death.
