异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料加微粒皮复合移植在烧伤创面治疗中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料在大面积深度烧伤切痂微粒皮移植创面的保护作用。方法对16例大面积深度烧伤患者进行早期清创后微粒皮移植术，用异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料作为覆盖物，观察治疗效果，总结治疗经验。结果本组16例患者35个移植部位，其中痊愈15例，一例因后期多系统脏器衰竭死亡，异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料与创面粘贴紧密，18～30d后脱细胞真皮基质敷料与创面逐步分离，创面大部分愈合，未完全愈合者经术后创面处理或较大残余创面再次手术修复，最终15例患者痊愈。创面瘢痕较轻，外观和弹性均较理想。Objective To observe the protective effect of xenogenic acellular dermal matrix dressing crust--excision and micro--skin grafting in large area deep burn wound. Methods for early debridement micro--skin transplantation on 15 cases of large area deep burn patients, with acellular dermal matrix dressing as a mulch, observed the effect of treatment, summarize the experience of treatment. Results the 16 patients 35 transplantation site, 15 cases were cured, one case died of multiple system organ failure of late-, xenogenic acellular dermal matrix and pasting dressing and wound tightly, 18 - 30d after acellular dermal matrix dressing and wound gradually separated, wound healing repair most, not completely healed after postoperative wound processing or larger residual wound again operation, 15 patients recovered. The wound scar is light, The appearance and elasticity were satisfactory.
