摘　　要：角色体验法在健美操专选教学中具有重大意义。综述在健美操专项教学中,通过体验教师角色、教练员角色、健美操健身指导员角色以及裁判员角色,帮助学生更好地理解角色职责和角色要求,提高角色认知,培养角色能力,提高健美操专项应用能力。Role experience method in aerobics elective teaching is of great significance.Review the special aerobics teaching,Through experience teachers＇ role,Coaches role,Aerobics fitness instructor role and judge role,Help students better understand the responsibilities and role requirements,Improve the role cognition,Culture character ability,Improve the calisthenics special application ability.
