摘　　要：政府主导型经济增长方式在中国经济起飞中扮演过重要角色,但不计成本和代价的政府主导型经济增长模式是不可持续的。通过反思政府主导型经济增长模式存在的问题,剖析其不断强化的体制性原因和理论基础,提出转变政府主导型经济增长模式的对策,推动政府经济职能的调整,让市场竞争更充分地发挥资源配置的基础作用,促进经济增长方式的顺利转变,具有十分重要的意义。The mode of government-dominated economic growth played an important role in the take- off of Chinese economy. But disregarding the cost and expense, it is unsustainable. It is of great sig- nificance to analyze its ever-intensifying institutional cause and theoretical foundations and put forward the measures in transforming this kind of mode to release the power of market in playing its basic role in resource distribution.
