规范化婴幼儿腹泻管理模式在预防红臀发生中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化婴幼儿腹泻管理模式在预防红臀发生中临床应用的效果。方法选取我科2011年1月～12月收治腹泻婴幼儿840例作为对照组,实施常规的皮肤护理措施;2012年1月～12月收治腹泻婴幼儿860例作为治疗组,建立规范化婴幼儿腹泻管理体系,成立预防红臀CQI管理小组,对婴幼儿发生红臀的危险因素快速有效的跟踪处理,规范预防红臀管理流程,婴幼儿家长告知模式及发生红臀后的规范化处理、报告及跟踪流程。结果规范化婴幼儿腹泻管理模式实施1年来,治疗组红臀发生率及中度红臀发生率与对照组比较明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论实施规范化婴幼儿腹泻管理模式,能有效减少婴幼儿红臀的发生率及红臀发生的程度。Objective To explore the effect of clinical application of standardized management mode of infant diarrhea m the prevention of diaper dermatitis. Methods Implement the conventional measures for 840 eases of diarrhea infant in my de- partment from January 2011 to December 2012 as control g.,oup. And for the other 860 cases of diarrhea infant from January 2011 to December 2012 as weatment group, established standardized management of infant diarrhea, set up CQI management team, tracked and dealt with the risk factors of infant diarrhea occurrence effectively, standardized management process in the prevention of diaper dermatitis and diaper dermatitis treatment, reporting and tracking process and infants parents inform mode. Results After implemented the standardized management model of infantile diarrhea in prevention of diaper dermati- tis for 1 year, the incidence and the degree of patients in the treatment group were obviously lower than which is in the con- trol group and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The implementation of standardized man- agement model of infantile diarrhea in the prevention of diaper dermatitis can effectively reduce the incidence and degree of in- fant diaper dermatitis.
