982例狂犬疫苗接种患者基本情况与依从性分析

摘　　要：目的了解狂犬疫苗接种患者基本情况和接种依从性,为控制和消灭狂犬病提供依据。方法对我院门急诊2011年1月～2012年12月狂犬疫苗接种患者的登记资料进行统计分析。结果本组狂犬疫苗接种患者982例,全部为暴露后接种,其中男女之比为2.19:1;暴露者以0～20岁组居多(63.55%);以夏季暴露较多(45.52%),冬季相对较少;全程接种5针者89.82%,未进行全程接种者10.18%。结论必须加强狂犬病一级预防,医务人员应加大防治知识的宣传,尤其是针对青壮年、老年人,提高狂犬疫苗免疫接种率,以达到降低暴露人群狂犬病发生率的目的。Objective To understand the basic situation of patients with rabies vaccination and inoculation with compli once and provide the basis for control and eradication of rabies. Methods Counted and analyzed the registration data on pa tients with rabies vaccination in outpatient and emergency departments from January 2011 to December 2012. Results cases of rabies vaccination were in registration and all exposed after inoculation including the male to female ratio was 2. 982 19：1. The exposed of patients from 0 to 20 years accounted for 63. 55%, the exposure in the summer accounted for 45.52% while relatively less in the winter. Patients with vaccinationof 5 pin were in 89.82%, without vaccination with 10. 18%. Conclusion We must strengthen primary prevention of rabies and medical staff should increase the publicity of prevention knowledge especially for the young, the elderly and improve the rabies vaccine immunization rates, in order to reduce the incidence of population exposed to rabies.
