三点金草与其易淆品鸡眼草的叶形态-脉序图谱的鉴别特征

摘　　要：目的寻找三点金草与其易淆品鸡眼草的鉴别特征,建立有效的鉴别方法。方法采用叶形态-脉序图谱鉴别法(LMVP)和定量分析评价鉴别中药品种真伪方法的可靠性的方法(QAERM)。结果主要区别点:三点金草的小叶为不达缘环结羽状脉序(二级脉环结),高级脉明显,叶缘末级脉明显,牵拉断裂口呈不规则状;鸡眼草为达缘直行羽状脉序(二级脉平行向上斜展),高级脉不明显,叶缘末级脉不明显,牵拉断裂口呈"V"字形。同时以上述前3组区别点为指标,鉴别结果的准确度(Ac)=100%;重复性为符合率(ARO)=100%,一致性强度(Kappa)=1.0;以牵拉断裂口为指标,鉴别结果的Ac≥96.1%。结论建立的"叶形态-脉序图谱鉴别法"可准确鉴别三点金草及易淆品鸡眼草,操作简便、快速、价廉、可靠性强。Objective To identify the characters of Desmodium triflorum and Kummerowia striata.Methods Leaf morphological-venation pattern and quantitative analysis were used to evaluate the reliability of identification of Chinese herbs.Results The main differences of the leaflets of Desmodium triflorum were： Camptodromous brochidodromous pinnate vination（the secondary veins brochidodromous）;distinct high class vination and marginal ultimate vination;the breaches drawn by hands were irregular.The main differences of the leaflets of Kummerowia striata were： Craspedodromous simple pinnate vination（the secondary veins were parallel to each other and arose）;indistinct high class vination and marginal ultimate vination;the breaches drawn by hands were V-shaped.With the above mentioned 3 groups of key differences,both plants might be successfully identified from each other.The accuracy of identification（Ac） was 100%,the repeatability of identification： the agreement rate for observation（ARO） was 100% and Kappa value was 1.00.With the mentioned breach difference,the Ac ≥ 96.1%.Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid,economic and reliable.
