摘　　要：目的研究蒙药达格布-15对Ach引起的小肠平滑肌收缩作用的影响,探讨达格布-15对小肠平滑肌的作用机制。方法在一定浓度达格布-15存在下,按半对数摩尔浓度累积给药法分别加入梯度浓度的ACh,记录各组给予各浓度ACh后的小肠收缩张力值(g)。以各效应占最大效应的百分率(Emax%)为纵坐标,ACh摩尔浓度的对数值[-log(ACh)]为横坐标绘制ACh的量-效曲线。结果空白组及1×10-6g mL-1、1×10-5g mL-1达格布-15存在下,ACh的量-效曲线非平行右移,最大效应降低。其中1×10-6g mL-1达格布-15剂量组引起平滑肌收缩最大效应降为81.74%,1×10-5g mL-1达格布-15剂量组引起平滑肌收缩最大效应降为75.90%。结论蒙药达格布-15具有解痉、抑制ACh导致的小肠平滑肌收缩的作用。Objective To study the effect of Dagebu-15 on small intestinal smooth muscle contraction induced by ACh, and to explore the mechanism of Dagebu-15 on the intestinal smooth muscle. Methods ACh was administrated in graded concentration, following a semi-logarithmic molar concentration accumulative manner in the presence of Dagebu-15 at certain concentration levels, and the small intestinal contraction tension （g） was recorded under different concentrations of ACh. Dose-effect curves were established with the percentage of effect over the maximal effect （Emax%） as the vertical axis, and logarithms of molar concentration ofACh （ - log[ACh]） as horizontal axis. Results Dose-effect curve of ACh shifted rightward in a non-parallel manner when comparing the blank control with 1 ×10-6g. mL^ -1 Dagebu-15 group and 1×10-6 g . mL^ -1 Dagebu-15 group, which indicated the maximal effect had dropped. In the 1 × 10 - 6 g . mL ^-1- Dagebu-15 group, the maximal effect dropped to 81.74%, and in 1×10-5g . mL^- 1 Dagebu-15 group the maximum effectdropped to 75.90%. Conclusion Mongolian medicine Dagebu-15 can release spasm and inhibit ACh-induced contraction of small intestinal smooth muscle.dropped to 75.90%.
