达英-35联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗和血清瘦素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨达英-35联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗和血清瘦素的影响。方法 86例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为两组,观察组43例,对照组43例,对照组采用达英-35治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍治疗,共治疗3个疗程。测定患者的性激素、胰岛素抵抗指数和瘦素。结果两组患者在治疗后的性激素均有明显改善,并且与对照组比较,观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。两组在治疗后胰岛素抵抗指数和血清瘦素均有明显降低,并且与对照组比较,观察组降低程度更明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)结论达英-35联合二甲双胍可以明显降低多囊卵巢综合征患者的胰岛素抵抗和瘦素。Objective To study the effectiveness of diane-35 plus metformin on insulin resistance and serum leptin in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Methods 86 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（n=43 cases） and the observation group（n=43 cases）.The patients in the control group were treated through diane-35,while the patients in the observation group were treated through diane-35 plus metformin.They were treated for two treatment.Sex hormones,insulin resistance index and leptin were detected before and after treatment.Results Sex hormones were improved after treatment in both groups.They in the observation group were significantly improved than them in the control group（P0.05）.Insulin resistance index and leptin were decreased after treatment in both groups.There was a significant difference between two group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Diane-35 plus metformin can decrease insulin resistance and leptin in patients with PCOS.
